Have had it in the garage for a while, just opened it up. Got the brush guard for it also, but there are no holes on the top of the bumper to mount it? Seems like there should be since it's bolt on right? Thanks.
Edit: Saw description on RJR said it was "drill and bolt on" so that answered my question. Thanks.

Correct, we don't pre-drill the holes.
Two reasons for this. First, if we were to pre-punch the bumper holes we'd have to be 100% sure that the brushguard never ever warped in welding and that'd be tedious and require multiple jigs and spreaders and such, and would thus raise the cost on this bumper system. Secondly, some people won't want to add the brushguard, and it'd look kinda strange having four random holes in the bumper.
So basically, it just makes more sense to leave it up to the customer to align the guard and drill their own holes.

Yeah, that makes sence. It's not too difficult to drill the holes, had to for some lights anyways so a couple extra was no big deal. Got in installed, looks good. Thanks.
